I never set out to be a stereotypical real estate broker – and if you’ve met me, you know I didn’t accidentally become one either. After eight years in the industry, I realized that what people want most isn’t hype, jargon, or glossy sales talk. They want honesty. They want clarity. They want someone who answers the phone, explains things in plain English, and genuinely enjoys helping them move into the next chapter of their lives.
 

In 2025, I launched The Plumb Line Realty with that simple philosophy. It’s boutique by design: personal, local, relationship-driven, and built on decades of combined experience between myself and my wife, Amy – who leads and owns The Plumb Line Interiors. She handles the design magic; I handle the contracts, strategy, and keeping things as calm and organized as possible.
 

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me hanging out with my two kids, our dogs, digging through crates of vinyl, obsessing over retro video games, or helping plan the next cruise or tropical getaway. I appreciate good food, good conversation, and any opportunity to unplug somewhere warm with a view.
 

Professionally, I love mentoring agents, teaching technology in new and practical ways, consulting, problem-solving, and helping others grow a business they’re proud of. I’m at my best when I’m breaking down complicated steps into something clear, simple, and actually doable. If you ask my agents, they’ll probably tell you I’m equal parts coach, tech support, and cheerleader – with a sense of humor that sneaks up on you.
 

At the end of the day, real estate isn’t about transactions. It’s about people, trust, and creating a place that feels like home. And if I can help someone get there – whether they’re a buyer, seller, or an agent joining the firm – that’s time well spent.
